XI & ALINA

Alina is a certified Bachata dance instructor with extensive international expertise. She earned her certification from Korke and Judith, the creators of Bachata Sensual, as well as from Felipe and Tiago for Role Rotation. Together with her dance partner Xi, she developed her unique style, Bachata Fusion, blending sensual Bachata with influences from other dance styles.

Alina offers regular classes in Cologne and travels internationally to share her passion for Bachata at workshops and events. Her teaching emphasizes technique, musicality and the joy of movement.

Xi started his dance career in Ballroom and Latin American dances. He has been teaching these dances since the age of 18 at the Dresen Dance School in Cologne.

After eight years of competitive dancing, he discovered social dances. His repertoire includes Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Zouk, and West Coast Swing. In West Coast Swing, he is also the first German All-Star.

Every weekend, he travels around the globe with his dance partner Alina, captivating people with the world’s most beautiful hobby: dancing.

During the week, since 2012, he has successfully led the tanzraum dance schools in Cologne and the surrounding area, now with seven branches.
